Cheap hit

Sharon Stone is a retard. This is what she said, according to TMZ. "All these earthquake and stuff happened and I thought, 'Is that karma?' When you are not nice that bad things happen to you."

People need to learn to distinguish between a country's government and a country's people. The poor countrymen in China who suffered death and loss in the earthquakes are not the policy makers. They are innocent civilians who were leading civilian lives--many of them working hard for poverty wages in China's messed-up, industrial-polluted countryside. There were children, mothers, fathers, grandparents, friends in the devastation. Are you really going to blame the government's actions on these innocent people?

I am sure that Sharon Stone is a liberal actress who is against the War in Iraq like most of Hollywood. What our President does is not a reflection of the American peoples' beliefs. But Stone says, "Let's be hypocrites." Stone can blame China's countrymen for the actions of its government, calling the earthquake's devastation "karma." Turn it around, and I bet she does a lot of Bush-bashing herself. I bet she doesn't agree with us going into Iraq killing civilians with U.S.-tainted bombs.

The fundamental wrong of associative reasoning. People outside of the U.S. hate Americans because they associate what our government does with us as a People. I am not Bush. I do not make the decision to initiate a war based on assumption. I do not use scare tactics to manipulate my people, who entrusted the country' policy and diplomacy in me with their votes. And I am definitely not a born-again Christian.
