Classism. People who don't have cars can't get this awesome internship. Therefore, they lose out on a lot of valuable experiences and resume-building material that could in the future put them above competitors.
Sad and unforch.
By the way. Take a look at these awesome solar panels. I haven't read the article yet. But looks very neat.
Well, supposedly, this is eyeable on the way to Vegas! Yesh--I haven't noticed it. But I will keep my eyes peeled next time I visit. I definitely want to go to Vegas with mis padres sometime during the summer. Soon hopefully.
It's funny how we don't notice things. I mean of course. Our consciousnesses are bombarded with sensory information--of course we selectively perceive. It's like last week when I went to Chinatown with my mommy, and I FINALLY noticed the Casa Italiano and St. Peter's Church! I've known they existed all along but never knew what it was. I thought it was an industrial building every Chinese New Year that we drove past it!
And also... I'd like to go to Solvang! With my sister-parent and BIL and little free-spirited brother.
A side note. There is a day laborer's center near my internship.
